This application has been filed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners abovenamed in connection with Complaint Case No. 3143/2011 pending before Mr. Manoj Kumar V learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the N.I. Act.

Earlier vide order dated 11th December, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27521/2014, prayer has already been disposed of with certain directions. Instead of observing the directions, petitioner has again come up to this Court. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is not at all entertainable. Accordingly, anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby refused.
