The Petitioner seeks bail in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has not kidnapped the victim girl and has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C has not levelled any allegation against the petitioner rather she has stated that she has married with the petitioner according to her own sweet will. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 01.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24718 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.
