The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Excise(Amendment) Act.
Petitioners are in custody since 18.12.2018. Country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioners which is occupied by other family members also. Investigation of the case is complete.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12216 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.278 of 2018, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (Birendra Kumar, J) Banti/Rajan U T
