2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the Collector, Sitamarhi in accordance with law.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to move before the Collector, Sitamarhi by filing an application for redressal of his grievance within three months.

5. If such an application is filed, the Collector, Sitamarhi is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
