The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that petitioners and other accused persons started teasing the daughter of the informant namely Anita Kumari, on protest being made, co-accused Manna Yadav assaulted with iron rod to the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of assault is against others also but the specific accusation of assault has been levelled against Manna Yadav. Considering the nature of accusation it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Medni Chowki P.S. Case No.89/2015, pending before the learned 2nd ACJM, Lakhisarai.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
