Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was tutor of the victim-girl.

Allegation is that the petitioner kidnapped the victim with the help of other criminal associates.

The victim has supported the allegation of kidnapping by the petitioner. However, soon thereafter on alarm, she was recovered.

Submission is that the mater is of love-affairs. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

No.22183 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/successor Court in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) Police Station Case No. 127 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
