The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 270, 290, 291, 283, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 9(29) N.H Act, 1956.

As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other co-accused persons have created hindrance by putting the ambulance of dead body on N.H. 77 at Kamaldah Chowk. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against him. He further submits that similarly situated coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13004 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 66505 of 2021. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 179 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
