JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur Police Station Case No. 223 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The injured Puja Kumari and Jyoti Kumari specifically stated in their respective statements that this petitioner assaulted them with iron rod. The injured Jyoti Kumari has sustained grievous injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12457 of 2015 (3) dt.07-05-2014 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Raghunathpur Police Station Case No. 223 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioenr. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U T
