The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 dated 19.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 307, 337, 427, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have indulged in brick bats which hit a lady called Jagmag Khatoon who is said to have received simple injuries. The main act of assault causing serious injuries has been attributed to one Moajjam Khan. There is a counter version of the occurrence also. The father of the petitioners was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11732 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 severely assaulted for which Keoti P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 has been registered against the informant and his other family members.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
