2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the Judgment dated 28.09.2019 and Award dated 23.11.2019,

Patna High Court MA No.159 of 2020(4) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 passed by Sri Piyush Prabhakar, Learned Additional District Judge-II-cum-Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Tribunal, Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar, (here in after referred to as the Tribunal), in MAC no. 137 of 18 'Nandni Kumari & others v/s Manish Jain and others' by which excessive compensation has been allowed against the appellant.

3. Mr. Durgesh Kumar Singh has prayed for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The statutory amount, if any, has to be returned to the appellant.
