2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 15.11.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 1109 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Kotwali Police Station Bhagalpur on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
