The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piro P.S.

Case No.187 of 2014, a case under Sections 147/148/149/323/341/307/302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to FIR, six named persons including the petitioner are alleged to have fired causing injury to Manoj Kumar Yadav, which resulted in death of Manoj Kumar Yadav. No injury was caused to other three persons who were going along with Manoj Kumar Yadav.

In the circumstance, submission is that in fact the informant is not an eyewitness of the occurrence. The whole F.I.R.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9956 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 P2/ is afterthought one because the doctor has found single wound of entry and exit on the person of the deceased. Finding substance in the submissions aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
