Both the parties have appeared.
Opposite party no. 2 and petitioner jointly submits that due to some misunderstanding, as arised between them, has already been resolved. Both have decided to live together with their conjugal life along with their two children. In view of the submission of both the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12743 of 2019(5) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 (G.R. No. 616 of 2018) shall be released on pre-arrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
