2. The instant modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88385 of 2025, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court, to the extent that the time may further be extended for furnishing bail bond and likewise sureties before the learned court below.

3. For the reasons explained in Paragraph no.4 of the instant modification application, the time for surrendering of the petitioner before the learned court below in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15091 of 2026(2) dt.25-02-2026 2/2 Excise Areraj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025 is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88385 of 2025 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

5. The modification petition stands allowed.
