The petitioner seeks bail in Daudpur P.S. Case No.15 of 2020 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was arrested while carrying 110 liters of liquor on his motorcycle. Petitioner is in jail since 20.01.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one month.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd -cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S.
