JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Minapur P.S.Case No. 340 of 2017 registered under Sections 121, 121A and 120B of the Indian penal Code, Section 25(1-B)A, 25(1-AA), 25(1-AAA), 26, 35 Arms Act, Sections 3, 4 and 5 Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16,18,18(A), 18(B), 19 and 20 of U.A.P. Act.

Submission is that only four live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner besides this some other naxal literature and documents but the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is a lady and is in custody since 10.09.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Bharti Kumari @ Renu Bharti @ Vinita

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11282 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 Kumari @ Bharti, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2017.
