The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act; and Sections 8/20 (b)(ii), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
