The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Taking into consideration the allegations made against the petitioner having entered into second marriage and considering the allegation, where there is essentially a matrimonial dispute, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory
