The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners tried to get themselves appointed as a teacher making false claim that they have qualified at the T.E.T. (Teacher Eligibility Test). Though they actually did not qualify at the said test.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in pursuance to the said fake claim, the petitioners were actually not appointed. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9441 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.76/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioners will be accepted on filing of affidavit by the petitioners before the learned court below to the effect that they will regularly co-operate in the investigation, if already not concluded. Non-cooperation in the investigation by the petitioners will give liberty to the learned court below to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
