Petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle and for that, is under custody since 29.08.2017, having no criminal antecedent as disclosed under Para-3 of the petition. Furthermore, it is also evident that chargesheet had already been submitted.

That being so, petitioner, Vijay Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P. S. Case No.339 of 2017.
