====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 436 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner who is husband of eldest daughter of informant, has enticed away his youngest daughter who is minor.

The victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. which has been enclosed as Annexure-2 wherein she has stated that she had voluntarily gone to Ludhiyana with this petitioner who is her Jija. She lived with him for two months. He has not committed any illegal act with her. She has not been kidnapped by anyone.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.
