2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 339 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of killing his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2022. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner had left his village and gone out of the State to earn his livelihood during lockdown. Independent witnesses have said that the deceased had a talk with her husband on mobile and thereafter she had committed suicide.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24595 of 2024(4) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 339 of 2020.

8. This application stands allowed.
