This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 379, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that the petitioner and others attempted to commit theft from the truck and for that purpose they were cutting the rope, which was tied with the truck.

Considering the suspicious material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hathidah P.S.
