Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 390 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of ACJM, 1st,
