The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother of the victim made allegation that petitioner, her elder son-in-law, came to her house and kidnapped her daughter Sanju Devi and her daughter is still traceless. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been lodged after three months of the occurrence and the informant has compromised the case but it appears that there is allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped his own sisterin-law and she is still traceless. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9525 of 2016 (3) dt.20-06-2016 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
