This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to first information report, some unknown persons committed murder of the son of the informant. Name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused, Dilip Kumar and Vikas Kumar. Dilip Kumar has already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15578 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be also released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Sri Randhir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, or successor Court.
