2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 192 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A and 354B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per allegation, when minor daughter of the informant was returning from school, the petitioner outraged her modesty after dragging her in a field. When he saw the family members of the victim, he fled away.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as delay in lodging the FIR, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO, Aurangabad in ABP No. 2372 of 2023 arising out of Haspura P.S. Case No. 192 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., (i) The petitioner will appear in the Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court till framing of the charge.
(ii) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
