JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that these petitioners and two other co-accused resorted to fire from the back causing injury to the father of the informant who subsequently succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that First Information Report does not suggest that whose firing actually hit the victim.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014, pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12805 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran.
