JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 It is submitted by petitioner's Counsel that others similarly situated, as the petitioners, have been granted benefits of ACP. The petitioner alleges discrimination in the matter of grant of ACP. Earlier he has submitted an application in support of his claim before the Principal Secretary of the Human Resources Development Department, respondent No. 1. The petitioner claims parity with those granted the benefit under Annexure 6 which is dated 2.2.2016.
Annexure 6 is an order issued by the Director, Secondary Education, extending the benefits to others with whom the petitioner claims parity.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4382 of 2016(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 In the circumstances, the this Court would consider it appropriate that the Director, Secondary Education, i.e. respondent No. 2 should consider representation of the petitioner dated 1.7.2015 (Annexure 7 to the writ petition) and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. Respondent No. 2 should also make the payment of amounts found due and admissible. Let the exercise be completed within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
