2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024 for the offence registered under sections 103, 61(2), 3(5) of BNS lodged on 16.08.2024 by the informant, Dinesh Das.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be surrendering before the Court concerned in the light of Cr. Misc. No. 81767 of 2024 (Seema Devi and Other Vs. the State of Bihar).

4. Granting said liberty, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

5. If the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks, the Court concerned shall take up the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
