JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 8, 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 46 Kg. Ganja was recovered from the room of Ramdhani Bhagat College, where the husband of the petitioner is night guard. He further submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has no concerned with the seized Ganja. He further submits that neither the petitioner is the owner of the Ganja nor she has any connection with the room, where the Ganja was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2018 and thus she has remained in custody for more than six months. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named
