Petitioner has renew his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of causing fire arm injury on the thigh of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is counter case also and informant subsequently retracted from the initial version. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6805 of 2014. This Court finds no ground to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly the application is dismissed in
