The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chousa P.S.Case No.54 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that they appeared at the TET examination but produced forged marks-sheet of TET examination and got them appointed on the post of teachers.

Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were appointed on the post of teachers, they worked for eleven months but they did not receive any salary and they were terminated from services on the grounds that they produced forged marks-sheet

On perusal of the records, it appears that the petitioners not only cheated the genuine candidates but by producing fake marks-sheet of TET examination got appointment on the post of teachers. During the course of enquiry, it transpired that the petitioners produced fake marks-sheet.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected.
