2. It appears from the paragraph no.13 of the writ petition that petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 25.03.022, passed by respondent no.4 in Land Dispute Case No. 56 of 2014-2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.03.2022, passed in Land Dispute Case No. 56 of 2014-2015 in a Land Dispute Appeal No. 5 of 2022-2023 under Section 14 of the Bihar land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009, which is still pending before the respondent no. 3 for consideration.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to dispose of the Land Dispute Appeal No. 05 of 2022-2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of the order.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
