JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12031 of 2013 for extending the period of surrender and to deposit Rs. 2,50,000/-. The period of surrender and deposit the aforesaid amount was earlier extended also.

Considering the fact that petitioner is working in the armed forces, the period of surrender and deposit of Rs. 2,50,000/- are extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

It is made clear that no modification application will be entertained in future.

The order dated 09.07.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 33 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7993 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 2012, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.
