The petitioner seeks bail in Panjwara P.S. Case No.103 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was arrested along with other accused persons on the allegation that petitioner and others were preparing for some cognizable offence but only one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 20.09.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
