Petitioner seeks bail in Fulwaria P.S. Case No.115 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 406/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and the accused persons are relatives. Instant case has been filed on account of land dispute.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner and other accused persons on the assurance of getting employment of son of the informant in Indian Railway took rupees three lac from different persons, as mentioned in the written report, totalling rupees eighteen lac. The son of the informant did not get employment. All the accused persons fled away.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Gopalganj, in connection with Fulwaria P.S.
