The petitioner is accused in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017, (N.D.P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017) registered under Sections 20, 22 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The accusation is of recovery of 490 gm Ganja, weighing machine and some cash from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.02.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20123 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani, in connection with Benipatti P.S.
