2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 724 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20(B)iiC and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the recovery is of 250 grams of ganja underneath the seat of Nexon Car in which the petitioner was traveling.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the truck was not stolen. Petitioner has

It is lastly submitted that similarly situated co-accused Ajeet Singh and Mirtunjay Singh have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 06.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9920 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact and also period of custody and that similarly situated co-accused have been enlarged on bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra/concerned court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 724 of 2024, with condition that:

The petitioner will mark his attendance at Marhowrah Police Station at first and third week of every Sunday of each month. Default in appearance at the local Police Station will result into cancellation of his bail bond.
