Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown regarding kidnapping of the brother of the informant. The victim in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. did not claim to have identified anyone including the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2017. However, he was never put on T.I.Parade and the investigation of the case is complete now.
