In view of such, the proceedings of Complaint case No.2323 of 2013 (Trial No.2122 of 2013) pending before the court of Smt. Khyati Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna is hereby set aside.

The Petitioner is also directed to file an application before the court of A.C.J.M., Barrackpore to withdraw the Complaint case No.304C of 2014 instituted by him in view of the subsequent settlement of the dispute within four weeks from the date of receipt of

The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
