2. This Special Leave to Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking leave to file appeal against the

Patna High Court SLA No.11 of 2019 dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Judgment dated 12.12.2018 passed in Complaint Case No.1105 of 2002/Registration No.5686 of 2014, whereby and whereunder the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Kaimur at Bhabua, acquitted the respondent nos.2 to 8 of the charges framed against them for the offence under Sections 392, 324 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act but convicted them for the offence under Section 147 of the Indian Penal Code and released them giving them the benefit of doubt under Section 3 of Probation of Offenders Act.

3. On going through the impugned Judgment, I find no reason to entertain this Special Leave to Appeal and, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
