This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Seven liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
