Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now the Viscera Report has been received and nothing has been found in Viscera Report and petitioner has been in judicial custody since 26.05.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears from the earlier order also that the deceased was having many injuries on her person, as such, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as soon as possible. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U T
