Case No. 02 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. He has been remanded in Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016.

Petitioner has been made accused in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of Indrama Ram before the police. Petitioner is in custody since 9.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
