The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in brief, is that on the confidential information of the informant, one motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2014. The petitioner is a student and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the police. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is further submitted that nothing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24685 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
On behalf of the state it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
