The Petitioner seeks bail in Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.07 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 328, 379/34 Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, three unknown boys gave seat to the informant in a train and offered him coffee and thereafter he slept. When he awoke in Jainagar then he found his article missing along with his mobile phones and golden chain. Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Name of this petitioner has come on the basis of call detail report.

It is mentioned in para 3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.07 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
