2. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 12319 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 and vide Cr. Misc. No. 10237 of 2024 dated 19.04.2024.

3. This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. He is accused in five more cases of similar and serious nature. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2022.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13125 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 informant that two witnesses have already been examined. He has assured this Court that he will produce the witnesses in the trial on the dates fixed.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
