JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 5.1.2018, seeks bail in Bihar PS Case No. 715 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 365, 366 and 366A of the IPC.

It is submitted that it is a case of elopement as the girl herself admits that she eloped with the petitioner and got married moreover she is major as per her age recorded in her Adhar Card. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sujal Kumar @ Saurav Kumar @ Saurav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar PS Case No. 715 of 2017.
