Petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S.Case No.62 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 of I.P.C. . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stolen motor cycle was recovered from the possession of one Sharma Kumar for which Pipra P.S.Case No.61 of 2017 was instituted and he disclosed the name of this petitioner in his confessional statement and except the said confessional statement there is no material against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner, Umesh Rai, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13084 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, in Pipra P.S.Case No.62 of 2017.
